Above all, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn't look or feel right, email us at info@luxus-Copenhagen.com and we'll fix it!

 

Remember that our policy is only 14 days for exchange/refund requests. If 14 days have passed since you purchased the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

 

Also remember that by placing an order you are accepting all of the following:

 

Currently we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, we only offer exchanges. If your product is defective, you do not have to return the original product, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.

 

For reasons of hygiene and customization of our product, we will not make any changes or give a full refund unless there are major problems with the product you receive. 

 

Here is the article:

  • It differs significantly from the description or preview you saw;
  • Damage caused by defects in our factory or at the carrier;
  • Not what you ordered;

Please note that in other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).

 

NOTE:

 

Offers refunds or exchanges for products purchased as part of special offers or promotions.

We usually do not accept credit or exchanges due to customer errors, for example:

Wrong sizes, patterns, colors etc.

Failure to preview the design to see if it is designed correctly (because all our print files are automatically generated exactly the same as our website Preview),

so review your order carefully before checking out to ensure your order is correct.

Please allow 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual product you will receive as the advertised images can sometimes differ slightly from the actual product due to the lighting or screen display during shooting.

 

If you wish to make a claim, email us at  info@luxus-Copenhagen.com and provide the following information (this is mandatory):

  • Order number
  • Video / picture of the defective product
  • If your complaint concerns a typographical error, you must attach a photo of the error.
  • If your requirement is for the size or position of the print, place a tape measure, stick, or ruler over the affected images.
  • If any part of your product is missing, please send us a photo of the cover of the package you received including the shipping label so we can send it to our production department to investigate the problem.
  • Full   shipping address
  • Telephone number for contact persons

Our support team will review the photos/videos you submitted of the defective product and if the product is valid we will ship the product back to you at no additional cost to you. In the rare event that it is impractical to ship a replacement product, we will refund the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).
